Privacy Policy

Last updated September 15, 2026

Gable is a home-selling service in development. This site runs a waitlist so we can learn whether Texas homeowners want it. We collect what you tell us in the quiz, plus a few technical details to keep out spam. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use cookies or ad trackers.

What you tell us

When you use the quiz or join the waitlist, you give us:

What we collect automatically

When you submit the quiz, we also record:

We don’t record what you type outside the quiz answers or where you click. The counts only help us tell real people from automated sign-ups. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs of page requests, which include IP addresses and the addresses of the pages visited.

Cookies and tracking

We don’t use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers on this site today. If we add any, we’ll update this policy before they go live. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

We don’t track you across other websites. Because of that, browser “Do Not Track” signals don’t change how this site behaves.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist, such as our website host and our email provider, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We won’t pass your details to a real estate brokerage, vendor or other partner without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while the waitlist is active. If we decide not to launch in your area, we’ll delete it or ask whether you want to stay in touch. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period.

Your choices

To make a request, email [contact email to be added].

Children

This site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new date. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll email the waitlist before it takes effect.
