1. What this site is

Gable is a home-selling service in development. You can’t list, buy or sell a home through Gable today. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Not a brokerage, and not advice

Gable is not a real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage, legal, tax or financial services. Nothing on this site is advice about your home, its value or your legal rights. At launch, listing and negotiation services will be provided by a licensed Texas real estate brokerage partner, whose name and license details we’ll publish before we open.

3. Estimates are only estimates

Savings figures, commission comparisons, vendor prices, price ranges and listing plans on this site are illustrative estimates based on the assumptions stated with them. They aren’t quotes, offers or guarantees. Real estate commissions are negotiable, and your actual costs will depend on your home, your market and the agreements you sign. Our prices, services and service areas may change before launch.

4. The quiz assistant

“Gabe” is an automated assistant that follows a fixed script. Its replies are general, aren’t reviewed by a person, and aren’t tailored advice.

5. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It doesn’t create an agency, client or brokerage relationship, and it doesn’t oblige you to use Gable or oblige us to offer you a service. We may not launch in your area. We don’t take payments or deposits through this site.

6. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

7. Using the site

Please give accurate information and only submit details about a home you own or are authorized to sell. Don’t submit someone else’s information, try to disrupt the site, or use automated tools to sign up or copy its content.

8. Other companies’ names

Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, DocuSign and other names on this site are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them describes where listings typically appear or which tools we plan to use. It doesn’t mean those companies endorse, sponsor or partner with Gable.

9. No warranties

This site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the site, its content or its availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gable isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information on this site.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
